Nature Breath Walk: Calm, Connect, Create
Find joy, clarity, and meditative flow by deepening your connection to nature—through observation, storytelling, sensing, and breath.
"The human mind developed in a world of animals and plants, and it cannot be fully at home in a world devoid of them."
—Paul Shepard, The Others: How Animals Made Us Human
We are wired for nature. It shapes our minds, calms our nervous systems, and brings us back to ourselves.
What if peace of mind, adventure, and a touch of magic were just beyond your front door?
Join me for a mindful walk in Grunewald to experience it for yourself.
We’ll begin by opening our eyes, hearts, and lungs. Through guided practices—breath, sensing, and deep attention—we’ll explore the world of trees and plants, meeting them in a way you may not have before.
Expect to see nature and your own life, through a different lens. Deepen or rekindle your practice of mindful breathing.
As practical skills, you will:
Discover how to create an adventure in the mundane
Learn breathwork techniques you can use daily
Pick up some strategies for everyday practice
You will experience:
Sense of joy and aliveness
Clarity, and perspective from deeper relaxation
Feeling part of something larger than individual experience
What to Prepare
Curiosity and openness
Walking shoes suitable for forest terrain

Optional: a notebook for sketching or writing
Come with an open mind, heart, and eyes. Discoveries are waiting!
About me and the walks:
I am a curious human, exploring life and the human condition from a variety of angles. From nutrition consulting to a deep dive into breathwork, embodiment, and coaching.
I was able to find peace of mind, continuous flow, and aliveness after a terrifying loss by opening myself up to the wild inside and beyond. Nature and breath brought me back to life.
My life has changed in profound ways since. I started a formal education as a wilderness educator, immersed myself in the experience-based study of nature. Through observing, touching, listening, planting, tasting, rituals, science, and herbalism.
I believe the void and anguish many of us feel is nothing else but a lack of deep connection to nature that we humans are part of.
My dream is for all of us humans to reconnect to our wild roots. For the selfish reasons of finding love and belonging that we crave for and for the sense of stewardship of life on this planet that awakens as a result.
My way of reconnecting is through breathing with nature and trees. I’d be honored if you decided to join me.
A few biography highlights:
In 1998, at the brink of default, I left a small Russian town to go straight to Silicon Valley for an MBA degree with $350 in my pocket.
My adventures since then included living in four countries, hustling in a Silicon Valley startup and burning out at Greenpeace, founding and closing a startup, training in sales, and cold-calling.
