Day 2 : In this session you’ll focus on the first 2 of the 6 foundational postures of the Ashtanga system.
Day 3 : This day features work with 3 of the most important foundational standing asanas
Day 4 : In this session, we'll go over the 6 foundational postures of the Ashtanga system
Day 5 : This intense, but fun day is devoted to the foundations of back bending
Day 6 : Uttitha Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended Hand to Big Toe Pose) is the focus of this session.
Day 7 : This session is dedicated to twisting, and balancing it all
Day 8 : We'll put together the whole standing series and create a solid foundation for the rest of your practice
