Somatic Yoga is a gentle, body-led practice that invites you to move with awareness, softness, and presence.
It blends intuitive movement, grounding breath, and traditional yoga shapes — creating space to come home to your body, release tension, and feel more you again.
In my classes, I also weave in elements of kundalini yoga — subtle breathwork and energy-focused awareness — to help you shift stagnant energy, build inner clarity, and reconnect with your vitality.
No pushing, no performing — just curious exploration, emotional release, and deep listening.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in — class starts at 9:30 sharp
To enter, ring the bell "Tory's Living Room"
If you are late, please do not ring the bell. Respect other students coming to the space to enjoy tranquility.
