In this gathering, we will engage in gentle embodiment practices, vocal expression, and purposeful rituals to delve into the dimensions of our inner selves. This journey will aid us in cultivating a greater awareness of who we are, allowing us to ground ourselves and prepare our subtle body to become channels of loving kindness for our beloved mother earth.
DETAIL:
Embodiment: We will begin with simple and nourishing movement practices that invites you to melt into stillness, and slowly transform what is heavy into grounding compassion.
Ritual: In order to release what no longer benefits us and invite positive growth, we will engage in Pranic energetic exercises, softly recite uplifting affirmations, and incorporate natural elements from the earth. These practices will assist us in letting go and manifesting our desires for a flourishing future.
Twin Hearts Meditation: This meditation has roots in the Tibetan meditation on loving kindness. It is a beautiful and powerful technique that helps alleviate feelings of helplessness in our troubled world and helps awaken a deep sense of interconnectedness and love.
