​​Through intentional rituals, we will explore aspects of our internal world helping us to foster a deeper understanding of self preparing our hearts for Meditation on Twin Hearts

​​DETAIL:

​​​​​Embodiment: We will begin with simple and nourishing movement practices that invites you to melt into stillness, and slowly transform what is heavy into grounding compassion.

​​ Ritual: In order to release what no longer benefits us and invite positive growth, we will engage in Pranic energetic exercises, softly recite uplifting affirmations, and incorporate natural elements from the earth. These practices will assist us in letting go and manifesting our desires for a flourishing future.

​​Twin Hearts Meditation: This meditation has roots in the Tibetan meditation on loving kindness. It is a beautiful and powerful technique that helps alleviate feelings of helplessness in our troubled world and helps awaken a deep sense of interconnectedness and love.
