​This workshop covers pitfalls early stage founders fall into and helps demystify why they are so hard to avoid. McGinley will train attendees on practical tools to avoid falling into them so that they can help their companies thrive. These lessons are not exclusive to early stage founders and would help a founder at any stage level up.
