​Ashley is the Founder of Redemption Bank, a Fellow of The Civil Society Fellowship by the Aspen Institute, and recently purchased P3Media — creator of the number 1 Netflix Show The Recruit, which features the award winning team that created “Suits”.

​Ashley is also the Founder of a $250M black bank fund and Co-Manager of Alterity, a $500M fund to grow women and minority owned businesses in sports arenas. Through his network, he has facilitated over $1B in deal flow through women and minority owned banks via deals with the NFL, MLS, NBA, MLB.

​Ashley is the former White House Policy Advisor for Entrepreneurship & Innovation in the office of American Innovation. He was previously appointed by the White House in February 2018 to serve as Regional Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration where he oversaw nine District Directors delivering all agency services to over 500 employees and partners dedicated to ensuring entrepreneurs had the support and tools they need to start, grow and succeed in business.

Mr. Bell is also a celebrated attorney, having founded the successful law firm of Bell & Washington in 2005. He is the founder of the 20/20 Bipartisan Justice Center, a national organization dedicated to criminal justice reform. He's been named one of America's top 40 attorneys under 40 by the American Bar Association, a National Impact Leader of the Year by IMPACT DC, and was a 21st Century Leadership Fellow at the Harvard University JFK School of Government.
