⚖️ Create a better balance to avoid burnout with Chloe Myers
👀 What to expect:
As ambitious, adventurous women, we want to have it all. The successful career, the happy marriage, the smiling children, the beautiful house, the flat stomach, deep friendships, amazing holidays, interesting hobbies…
And as women, our first instinct is to put other people’s needs above our own. And once we have looked after our partners, children, parents, and houses, work is often our first personal priority.
If we want to be truly successful in our careers and families, we have got to start redressing the balance.
Rest is essential for nourishing and energising ourselves so that we have the energy to achieve what we want to in our work; and play is vital for helping us take a step back to see new perspectives and come up with more innovative solutions to problems.
If we don’t take care of ourselves, we’re on the fast track to burnout, and that means we won’t be able to take care of anyone else either. So, maybe self-care isn’t so selfish after all?
In this session, Chloe will be guiding us to set goals that give equal priority to work, rest, and play, so that we can be successful - without it costing our sanity!
🎤 About your speaker:
Chloe Myers is an EMCC Senior Practitioner coach and author of Work Hard, Rest Hard, Play Hard, in which she introduces her own Hopscotch coaching model. Chloe used her own burnout in 2021 as a catalyst to completely change her life for the better - quitting her job to start a coaching business, taking her son out of mainstream school, getting sober, and even leaving the marriage that was no longer meeting her needs. Chloe is passionate about helping people create their perfect blend of work, rest and play - even when life is tough.
