​Whether you’re a practicing service designer, new to the field, or work in an adjacent space like UX, innovation, or business design—you’ve probably faced the blank stares and follow-up questions:

​“So… what exactly is service design?”

​In this relaxed, collaborative session, we’ll co-create ways to talk about service design in clear, fun, and relatable ways. You’ll walk away with:

• ​New language to explain what you do

• ​A few metaphors, one-liners, or stories you can actually use

• ​Connections with others who are also navigating how to share this work
