• ​Jason Atkins – Co‑Founder of Torus and former CEO of Cake Equity. Jason built Cake into a globally respected equity‑management platform used by thousands of startups and investors. He has helped numerous founders raise capital, comply with regulations and scale responsibly. Jason will outline the current capital‑raising environment and how founders can blend new tools with proven fundraising strategies.
  

• ​Adam Hudson – Serial entrepreneur, investor and co‑host of the Unemployable podcast. Adam has founded multiple successful companies, mentors entrepreneurs and is an early adopter of digital assets.
