Mischief Meets are community events serving our mischievous purposes: Enabling a community of practice; Staying ahead of the curve; Connecting you with fellow fasillytators; and of course; Creating foster-colleagues.

​🎙 Take the Stage

​Join for this session where two community members share a selected exercise or knowledge around a new facilitation trend. Anyone in the community can sign-up to share and try out something in the safety of our mischievous network. This is a dynamic, ongoing opportunity for facilitators to come together, learn from each other, and celebrate the art of facilitation!

​Stage slot 1 - Marco: Facilitating polarised spaces

​We’ll explore how to facilitate spaces that are polarised on a certain topic/issue. Which leads us to exploring what the role of cultural activism is in our facilitation of polarised spaces by investigating the following question: Whose safety should we prioritise when spaces end up being unsafe for one of the two polarised sides?

​Stage slot 2 - Nina: Frictions in groups & deep democracy

​​Friction in a group can be seen as a portal of learning and transformation. When facilitated well, it can allow for (even extreme) perspectives to shift. In this exercise we will explore the micro/individual level of relating to friction/conflict so we can discover the impact of reactivity on our facilitation.
