We’re half way through 2024. So, what are your goals for the rest of the year?

Are you on track to achieve what you want to in a way that helps you take care of yourself, work smarter and avoid the risk of burnout?

Let’s take your goals for a walk.

Together we’ll reflect on your year so far and plan a resilient, uplifting 2024.

Connect on Zoom while walking indoors or outdoors to:

  • Create space to breathe and be mindful. ​​

  • Connect, chat, and share experiences with others. ​​​

  • Review and plan your year with your wellbeing as a priority – including simple ideas and actions you can take immediately.

  • Feel refreshed and recharged.​

Your Host

​​​Anise makes Wellbeing Walkshops (online and in person) and offers Anti-Burnout Coaching. In 2015, inspired by challenging times she’d experienced while working in Higher Education, she created Walk Coach Learn to offer coaching walks that help teams feel connected, support people with work stress and explore how we can work in resilient ways.

​​​Anise uses walking because it helps us to support our physical and mental health, relieve stress, think better, improve our mood, and communicate more openly. She is an accredited Resilience Dynamic practitioner and Mental Health First Aider with oodles of coaching qualifications.


​​FAQs

​​​Q: What will I need to do to join the walkshop?

​​​A: Download the Zoom app on your phone. Here is a quick video showing you around: https://tinyurl.com/ZoomOnYourPhone Put on your earphones/headphones and join us for a wander.

Q: Do I have to go for a walk?

​​​A: Go for a walk outside with us if you can, to feel energised and help you think more openly and creatively. However, moving around or sitting inside is fine too. You’ll need somewhere relatively quiet with good connectivity.

Q: Will the walk be interactive?

​​​A: Anise will guide you to be mindful and reflect on your resilience. At points you'll be invited to share your thoughts. It's great to see where people are walking and hear what is coming up for them. You are welcome to just listen if you prefer and putting your video on is also optional.

If you walk outside, walk somewhere that you feel safe, be mindful of people/traffic/the world around you and take care of yourself as you go.
