Weightlifting can be a game-changer for your body and your confidence. But let’s be honest—stepping into the gym or a B81 class without really knowing what to do can feel intimidating. Whether you’ve already dabbled in weightlifting or you’re just getting started, understanding proper form and technique is everything.
This small-group session is designed to help you feel confident, informed, and empowered. With a professional female trainer guiding us, we’ll take things slow and focus on how to lift—not how much. You’ll learn how to safely use equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and even some of those mysterious gym machines. Less sweat session, more skill session.
Expect hands-on guidance, good vibes, and a supportive group of women who are learning right alongside you. This is your space to ask questions, try things out, and build your skills without pressure.
By the end of the session, you’ll walk away knowing how to:
Use weightlifting equipment properly
Focus on form to prevent injury and build strength
Walk into a gym or class with confidence
No ego, no stress—just learning, lifting, and leveling up together.
