American Cinquain Workshop

​Come join us for our American cinquain workshop, part of Contributism.org's Insurgent Giving series.

​What is this?
It's a workshop, open to all! No poetic experience necessary. We'll read some cinquains, talk a bit about the American cinquain as a poetic form and the value of poetry as an act of expressive re-orientation and resistance, then we'll get into a session where we all write our own cinquains.

​Do I have to talk / share my poem?
It's totally up to you! We'll give you the opportunity to share, but you can feel free to be as participatory or non-participatory as you want.

​What is contributism?
