WorkoutDAO is a global fitness community promoting a better lifestyle through movement & overall wellbeing. We have held events all over the world, in places like San Fransisco, Austin, Brussels, Singapore, New York, Bangkok and many more.
WorkoutDAO will evolve into a holistic wellness application and ecosystem to provide an empowered experience to progress your health and build community to be challenged, recognized and be held accountable.
This outdoor gym series is set amidst the serene beauty of Green Point Park. WorkoutDAO is empowering people to move to be healthier!
We do something fun afterwards as a group, like go for a coffee or take a dip in Saunders Rock Pool. No pressure to join.
Directions
Join us at the outdoor gym, that is next to the volleyball courts and in front of the large grass circle. You can use the Park Rd entrance (Park Road Gate), which is at the Hussar Grill side (Mouille Point).
