Kenny Salas is a Managing Partner at Cintar Group, a holding company focused on building and acquiring financial service firms. Previously, he co-founded Camino Financial, a fintech lender providing credit to underserved micro-businesses in the U.S. As COO, he led the growth strategy, deploying $250 million in credit and expanding the team to 169 employees across the U.S. and Mexico. After Camino's acquisition by a private equity firm, he spearheaded the acquisition of a competitor, effectively doubling the company's size.
Kenny also has experience as a financial analyst in investment banking and private equity, advising on multi-million dollar debt and equity transactions. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Political Economy from UC Berkeley.
