Join us at 9 am at the beautiful Roda Beach Resort in Jumeirah for a morning of Yoga, Breathwork, and Ice Baths, hosted by Rise Dxb's holistic wellness expert & ice bath facilitator, Szilvia Timar.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just looking to try something new, this event is all about embracing the chill and finding your inner zen in a fun, supportive environment. We'll start the day at 9:00 AM with a grounding yoga session on the beach, where you can soak up the sun and the sound of the waves as you stretch and strengthen your body. Next, dive into a transformative breathwork session designed to help you release stress and tap into your natural energy reserves. And for the grand finale, brace yourself for the ultimate refreshment with an exhilarating ice bath experience!
It's the perfect way to boost your mood, enhance circulation, and leave you feeling like you can conquer the world. So grab your yoga mat, bring your adventurous spirit, and join us for a morning of fun, laughter, and rejuvenation. What to Expect:
- a fun beginner friendly beach yoga class
- a powerful Wim Hof style guided breathwork session
- a fully guided 1:1 ice bath (3 minutes for first timers, option to stay longer for more experienced plungers)
Please bring:
- yoga mat or towel
- bathing suit
- change of clothes (something warm)
- water
- hat, sunglasses & sunscreen
Parking:
You can park at the Roda Beach Resort
(just tell the security guard you are going to the Kite Café)
Alternatively you can continue straight and park at the large RTA parking lot next to the beach.
How to find us:
If you parked at the resort, enter through the lobby, walk straight through and exit the doors to the garden area.
If you parked at the public parking, stay on the parking lot side of the walking path and head South. Look for the Kite Cafe sign.
You'll find us directly in front of the resort (under the Kite Cafe) on the private beach area before the walking path.
