This is a special, "Friends of Gib" test drive of an all-new talk.
Today, Chegg is a public textbook rental and homework help consumer tech company that is valued at $10B. I was the Chief Product Officer of Chegg from 2010 to 2015 and helped take the company public in late 2013.
This talk employs four "what would you do?" cases that illustrate the importance of product strategy, consumer science and culture to make great decisions about people, product and the business.
