It's Friday of Utah Tech Week - you're tired but motivated. Come enjoy some contrast therapy recovery with our hot saunas and cold plunges. Enjoy the competition in our Cold Plunge Pitch Competition and win fun prizes!

10 founders will compete for the grand prize. The winner will be determined by who shows the most resilience during their plunge and gives the most memorable pitch. Pitches will be 60 seconds long.

Ash and Ice is a lovely facility where you can enjoy contrast therapy, rotating between hot sauna (infrared and traditional) and different temperature cold baths.

This event is open to

Startup founders (fundraising and bootstrapped - up to 20-25)
Investors (up to 5-10)

Compete for fun prizes such as

Warm blankets
Local apparel
Premium drinking chocolate
Mushroom mixes
and other delightful wellness products!

Breakfast will be provided (yogurt bar).
