Session Overview
Founding a company can feel thrilling, purposeful — and at times, profoundly isolating. Even with support around you, it’s rare to find a space where you can talk openly about the parts of founder life that feel murky, overwhelming, or vulnerable.
In this interactive session, executive coach Sarah B. will guide two founders through 1:1 live “hot seat” coaching conversations (~25 minutes each). Each founder will bring a real-time challenge — something they’re currently navigating or feeling stuck on. Sarah will serve as a trusted thought partner, helping them shift perspective, gain clarity, and move forward.
