The application of Design Thinking in the ideation and Scrum in the project implementation is well established, there is however a missing link in between: How to test a business idea systematically.

​Join this session to gain an overview of the theory, combined with a(n) (ex-)startup story "Fandeng Dushu (audio book summary)" from China and the experience of some running experiments from Sam Yiheng Cen.

​Intro Sam Sam gathered comprehensive working experience in corporate innovation management in a large family-owned company in Bravia/Germany. He is competent in introducing and applying innovation methods in the projects he coaches.

​He is good at visualizing stories in his unique style. As a global citizen he speaks German, English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

​​About the online series
The Agile Breakfast is an interactive online series to brings agile topics closer to all of you, who want to know more about agile methods, and how to use them in practice.

​​​​​In each of the sessions we Agile Coaches from Agile by Experience will guide you through the topic supported by FlixBus.

​​​​​Agenda: We start at 8:55 and after an initial check-in we dive right into the topic. The event is approx. 1 hour long. 

Facilitators: 

Säm Abdelkhalek - Agile Coach Säm joined Telefonica in 2021, before he was working at FlixBus, where Säm has worked both as a scrum master and an agile coach. He has experience from companies such as Autoscout24 or JochenSchweizer. Säm truly lives the agile mindset which is why he has his own Kanban board at home to manage is daily life with his family. Säm is passionate about helping others and is always happy to have a short chat.

Shiva Krishnan - Agile Coach Shiva has more than a decade's experience in Lean/Agile coaching and consulting and he currently works as a senior agile coach at FlixBus. He has held strategic roles in planning and executing Agile Transformations in both large scale organizations and start-up environments across different domains like banking, e-commerce, mobility, telecom and travel & hospitality. He is Passionate about management and leadership in Agile teams and Business Agility 

Jose Manuel Ilincheta - Agile coach Manuel is a Software Engineer and MBA, with a broad range of experience in the software development industry for different verticals. He devoted the last 7 years of his career to Agile and have supported small startups, as well as big companies, to become Agile.
