In this expert-led panel, we’ll explore what life is really like for teens with ADHD—from emotional regulation and school struggles to self-esteem and social challenges. Our panelists will also share guidance for parents and caregivers on how to better support their teens with compassion, communication, and confidence.
Meet the Speakers:
Cassy Espinosa is a passionate advocate for neurodiverse learners and currently serves as a leader at Fusion Academy, a revolutionary private school that offers personalized, one-to-one education. With years of experience supporting students with ADHD and other learning differences, Cassy brings a deep understanding of how individualized education can unlock potential. She is dedicated to creating inclusive environments where teens feel seen, heard, and empowered to thrive—both in and out of the classroom.
Dr. Sharon Saline is a licensed clinical psychologist and leading ADHD expert with over 30 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. She is the author of What Your ADHD Child Wishes You Knew and is known for her compassionate, practical approach to managing ADHD with insight, connection, and real-world strategies.
Amanda O’Brien is an ADHD Coach at Shimmer with a passion for helping people navigate life with more clarity, confidence, and compassion. As someone with lived ADHD experience, Amanda brings a warm, encouraging presence to her coaching, supporting clients in building sustainable systems and self-trust—without the shame.
