Enjoy life with Michaela is a collective built to inspire you to enjoy your life through wellness, travel, and food.
This October, join the ELWM community for a night of yoga, spirit free cocktails, and community connection. Let the energy of our practice combine with our community to create something sensational.
Itinerary:
6:00pm - Enjoy a Yoga Class lead by Michaela
7:15pm - Enjoy personally crafted spirit free cocktails made with Kava Haven
7:30pm: Enjoy social hour and connect with others in a welcoming space over delicious snacks
During this pop up event in NYC we will get the opportunity to flow together in a vinyasa yoga class. This class will be focused on our energy. The highs and the lows. Letting our breath move our body to create space for ourselves. It is an all levels class which means no prior experience is required.
After class, each attendee will receive a gift bag filled with everything you need to make a delicious spirit free cocktail and tasty snacks to accompany them. We will build our drinks together while we get to know one another.
