Mastering Investor Diligence

​In this hands-on workshop, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the investor diligence process from both sides of the table. Guided by a proven founder and experienced investor, attendees will learn how to navigate the in-depth questions investors will ask about their business—unpacking the "why" behind these questions to better prepare their responses. Additionally, participants will develop the skills to identify the right funds to target and ask critical questions during meetings to ensure alignment with their business goals. By the end of the session, participants will leave with behind-the-scenes insights and practical tools to confidently approach investor diligence, both in answering and asking the right questions.
