Kelly Pfeiffer, a Certified Positive Discipline Lead Trainer, has been leading parenting workshops since 2000. She offers "Teaching Parenting the Positive Discipline Way" and "Positive Discipline for Early Childhood Educators" in the USA, China, and worldwide. Specializing in social-emotional development and child guidance, she helps educators integrate Positive Discipline into classrooms and training programs.
Rebecca Archer, a Certified Positive Discipline Trainer and New Zealand-qualified teacher, has led Positive Discipline parenting and educator workshops across Asia for more than 7 years. As a mother of three, she brings real-life insights into creating cooperative, respectful, and empowered family dynamics. With a background in international education, public health, and community development, she helps parents and educators address behavior at its root to build mutually respectful relationships.

Cancellation Policy:
Workshop Registrations: A full refund (minus a $35 processing fee) will be given when the request for a refund is made up to 30 days prior to the first day of a workshop. Refunds are not available for cancellations less than 30 days before a workshop. However, paid registrants can transfer to another workshop within one year at no additional cost. Refunds are not available after a transfer is made or if you do not provide advanced notice that you will not be attending the workshop. In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified by email.
