About Event

It has been said that humans only use 10% of their brains (although this has been proved false). However, many companies are only using 10% of their brainpower.

What are the signs that the cumulative brainpower of the employee base is not being fully utilized?

  1. Execs dream up the features and assign to teams to deliver

  2. The product development org focuses on delivery vs impact

  3. People have big ideas but aren’t sure how to get traction

How do you break out of this vicious cycle and start leveraging 100% of your company's brain? Join this conversation with 2 seasoned product leaders as we cover:

  • the pros & cons of hackathons

  • creating "multiple paths to yes"

  • turning output into outcomes

  • shared ownership of north stars
