Join us for an inspiring and down-to-earth talk with Sofía Martínez Gálvez, co-founder of Learning Alliance, an NGO improving early childhood education in Uganda through evidence-based methods.

Born and raised in Alicante, Spain, Sofía will share the personal and professional journey that led her to pivot from technical fields to global development and the lessons she’s learned along the way about impact, uncertainty, and building an organization from the ground up.
