​What to expect:
Schedule

​- 7-730pm mingling. 7:30pm convo will start with Micha. We'll chat for ~20 and then open it up for Q&A. Then we'll mingle more from ~8:15pm until 9pm.

​- We'll start with a 20 minute fireside chat with Micha Breakstone followed by Q&A. Micha is the Co-Founder & CEO of Somite.ai, whose mission is to transform the lives of millions of people suffering from musculoskeletal and metabolic diseases by developing a digital twin of the embryo and leveraging AI to produce human tissue for cell-based therapies. Prior to Somite, Micha founded Chorus.ai, which was acquired by ZoomInfo.

​(A bit about me: I founded and still operate a conference business that organizes the largest AI industry conference in the U.S. called Ai4, https://ai4.io/vegas/. I also founded a longevity biotech conference a few years ago (https://longevitygl.org/longevity-summit/). I plan to make my next company a biotech company, likely with an AI + aging focus. Since I'd like to build the company here in Austin, I'm hosting this Austin Biotech Meetup to meet and hopefully grow the biotech community here. This is the first meetup and I'll likely do more of these in the future.)
