About Young & Thriving
Success doesn’t happen by accident—it’s built with intention. College and early adulthood are the best times to start shaping the future you want, and every decision you make now lays the foundation for what’s next. At Young and Thriving, we’ve learned that success comes from the systems we build, the habits we create, and the people who support us. Now, we’re here to share those tools with you—so you can thrive, not just survive.

About Crunch & Brunch
Crunch & Brunch inspires women to prioritize their well-being, build meaningful connections, and embrace a balanced lifestyle. Through thoughtfully curated events that blend fitness, food, and making new friends, Crunch & Brunch creates supportive spaces for women.

About Emerald City Spinal Care
At Emerald City Spinal Care, we are proud to serve the Seattle community by providing specialized chiropractic care and therapeutic massage to help people of all ages feel and function at their best. Our mission goes beyond health—we are committed to empowering our community to take charge of their well-being and live life to the fullest.

In 2025, we have started the Emerald City Spinal Care Impact Fund, a new initiative to give back to the city we love. Each month, we donate a portion of our profits to a different local non-profit organization that is making a difference in our community. We also invite our patients and supporters to join us! In our office, you’ll find a QR code where you can contribute directly to our featured non-profit of the month, helping us create an even greater impact.

At Emerald City Spinal Care, we believe that when we work together, we thrive together—in health, in life, and in the community we call home.
