Idelle Delapeña is a Filipina, first-gen, neurodivergent woman currently pursuing her Master’s in Social Work. With over 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, and revenue generation, she now consults for mental health nonprofits.
She’s passionate about creating space for mission-driven people to connect, feel seen, and spark meaningful conversations — especially under the California sun.
