Around a year ago, I tried to convince my boss that we should migrate to Next.js.
He gave me 2 days to put together a slideshow to try and convince the team (spoiler: it worked!).
The first part of my talk will be the same presentation I gave my team last year.
In the second part, I'll go over the prerequisites for such a migration from React to Next.js – the considerations, the benefits, where it's going to hurt, and the things I wish I knew a year ago.
