Reclaim Your Attention: Practice of Presence
Reclaim Your Attention: Practice of Presence
This experiential workshop will offer tools for re-claiming your attention in a busy world— choosing what to pay attention to rather than getting hooked by the biggest distraction. Exploring the practices of presence, curiosity, and contemplation, we’ll learn how to pay attention to our body’s internal signals and attune more deeply to ourselves. This opens us to being able to access greater creativity, notice where we’re stuck, and perhaps most importantly, come back into choice.
