In this session, we’ll create space to truly check in with ourselves and one another—nourishing connection, presence, and relaxation. Grounded & Connected is a space designed to help you slow down, tune in, and release any tension or stress that might be keeping you from being fully present.
✨ What to Expect:
Community Connection: We’ll prioritize connection with each other as we check in, share what’s present, and deepen our bonds within the group. This is your time to feel supported, seen, and heard by your fellow community members.
Somatic Release Meditation: You’ll be guided through a somatic release meditation, a powerful tool for helping you reconnect with your body and release physical and emotional tension. This practice will leave you feeling more grounded, relaxed, and attuned to the present moment.
Nervous System Regulation Exercises: Together, we’ll engage in simple yet effective exercises designed to calm and regulate the nervous system. These practices are intended to help you feel more centered, balanced, and resilient in the face of stress.
Embodied Connection: By the end of the session, you’ll feel more in touch with your body, deeply relaxed, and more connected to the community around you. Whether you're new to somatic practices or have experience with them, this session will leave you feeling recharged and reconnected.
