1. What is the purpose of the Customer Advisory Board (CAB)?
The CAB provides a strategic forum for a select group of executive customers to expand vision, offer guidance, share insights, and help shape the future of CO2 AI. It is designed to:

  • Validate and influence our vision and product roadmap

  • Deepen customer relationships at the executive level

  • Gain market insights and thought leadership from key clients

  • Co-create strategic initiatives for climate and sustainability impact

2. Who participates in the CAB?
CAB members are senior executives from a diverse group of our most strategic customers. These are typically:

  • Chief Sustainability Officers (CSOs)

  • Senior leaders and executives in Procurement, Operations, or Digital Transformation Internally, the CAB is sponsored by the CO2 AI Executive Board, the Executive Leadership Team and facilitated by the Customer and Product organizations.

3. How often does the CAB meet?

  • The CAB meets biannually, with one in-person session and one virtual session.

  • Additional ad-hoc touchpoints for feedback on key initiatives or roadmap pivots may occur.

4. What are the expectations for CAB members?
CAB members are expected to:

  • Attend the two annual meetings

  • Share candid feedback on our product, services, and strategic direction

  • Act as a sounding board for future initiatives and innovation

  • Engage in open dialogue with peers across industries
