Accessibility note: This event is on a rooftop that is accessed by stairs only, no elevator.
Why? We envision a more inclusive tech community, drawing more women to join tech companies and technical professions. We aim for a future in which the technology industry more closely reflects the diverse community in which we live.

Personal networks are one of the largest contributors to career success. Yet, forming these connections can be difficult for women who work on mostly-male teams and participate in mostly-male industry groups.
Our part in this industry is simple, yet has potential to achieve powerful outcomes.
