​​I call my stretching “Magic” because we are truly practicing magic. We learn to stretch our muscles, listen to our bodies, and even work towards mastering the splits—just like in the famous Van Damme scene! At the end of the session, we meditate, filling ourselves with warm, positive energy and channeling it towards making our desires come true. The beauty of nature around us enhances this process.
