About the Workshop:

As we approach the blessed month of Ramadan, we have a unique opportunity for reflection, spiritual growth, and personal renewal 🌱. The Pre-Ramadan Wellness Workshop is designed to support Muslim professionals in preparing holistically for Ramadan—balancing their personal, professional, and spiritual lives, while avoiding burnout and fatigue.

Led by Dr. Manar Abdelmegeed, an experienced integrative psychiatrist, this workshop will focus on practical strategies to help you approach Ramadan with intention, resilience, and balance:

  • 🌿 Setting Meaningful Intentions for Ramadan: Learn how to define clear, realistic goals that align with your spiritual and professional values, setting you up for success throughout the month.

  • 🔥 Managing Professional and Personal Burnout: Address the challenges of balancing work, fun, family, and faith, and learn how to break free from the "superwoman" mindset. Discover strategies to recharge and sustain your energy during Ramadan 🌙.

  • 💪🏽 Building Resilience and Maintaining Energy: Explore effective techniques to build resilience, maintain emotional well-being, and stay energized while fulfilling both your religious duties and professional responsibilities.

  • and more!

There will also be time to pray and network. Drinks and refreshments will be provided!
