In good capital markets, they are 'nice to have' but in a market climate like today, these rules are a 'must have' for ventures to successfully raise early-stage capital. About the Presenter

Maninder Dhaliwal
Maninder Dhaliwal is the Managing Partner of Startup Studio – Accelerator & Venture Fund with offices in Vancouver, San Francisco, Singapore and Dubai. She is the founding chair of Scale Up Canada, and serves on the global steering committee for TiE Global Angels – the largest angel investor network in the world.
