​Antonio Panta: Co-Founder of Selectic GmbH, a platform empowering HR departments with data-driven decision-making tools.

​Davide Marchisio: Coach, Facilitator, Advisor
Davide is a product leader and a coach with extensive international experience. He has led products for UEFA, FIFA and F1. More recently Davide was lead venture architect for an impact accelerator, led consulting projects for big companies and mentored and coached product managers and founders.

​Talk title: "We just need to finish it, and then they'll buy it!" My journey and learnings building tech products

​Talk description: In this talk I will share my insights into good guidelines and common pitfalls when creating Ventures and Products in the tech industry, with a particular focus on busting the myth that you need a perfectly finished product or feature before showing it to any customer.
