HOW DID YORKSEED GET STARTED IN SXSW AUSTIN 2023?
Hi, I’m Jessica! I created the viral list of unofficial SXSW 2023 events that didn’t require a badge, all during a 3-hour train ride from NYC to DC. I promoted it in Austin with a QR code on my outfit, and it became a huge hit! This led me to host a sold-out Founders x Investors Mixer with just an hour of planning.Inspired by this success, I launched Yorkseed, building on my Earth Day Charity Brunch and an exclusive WhatsApp community I formed after SXSW. Now, we have over 1,000 vetted investors and founders in NYC and thousands of members across 20 global hubs.
