OKI Paddle Parade

​Join us for a patriotic paddle parade to celebrate island life and Independence Day! Dress yourself and/or your board in red, white, and blue, and paddle along the scenic waters surrounding Oak Island. We'll depart from the boat launch on 57th Place West, near the Lonerider restaurant.

​If you don't own a paddleboard, you can rent from one of our local shops. OKI Boat & Paddle Co is offering a special deal for anyone doing the Paddle Parade: just $30 will get you a paddleboard (plus paddle and life jacket) — and they’ll even help you load it up! Need to have it delivered and picked up? They can do that, too for an additional $10.

​Come 20-30 mins early and we’ll even help you get comfortable on the water before we begin.

​*We will have special one-of-a-kind tie-dyed Shine Strong tanks and tees available for purchase at the event via cash or Venmo!

​Please note, this event is organized by Shine Strong Fitness but each participant takes responsibility for their own safety and well-being. Participants under 18 must have an adult accompanying them.
