Co.Working Session (deep focus, real work) by Daisy Ilaria

​A structured co-working session designed to help you get sh*t done - and feel good doing it.

​Spend the day with Daisy Ilaria, Workplace Happiness Expert (40k+ followers across social media) and Podcast Host of Realistic Happiness Podcast.

​You’ll spend the morning in 2x guided focus blocks, with a networking break in between so we can all get to know each other.

​Daisy will be available throughout the day for 1:1s or small group chats to talk all things: career choices, burnout, content creation, toxic work dynamics, job hunting - nothing’s off limits.

​Think “networking event meets productive guided co-work”. 😉

​Agenda:

​8:45-9:15 - Arrival, gentle intros, set goals for the day

​9:30-11:00 - Deep Focus session (90mins)

​11:00-12:00 - Break time

​12:30-14:00 - Deep Focus session 2 (90 mins)

​14:00-14:30 - Wrap up, reflection, accountability

​Optional: Stick around to co-lunch or connect after.
