Workshop: Your Emotions as Your Guide
Our emotions are powerful indicators of what we might need, want, or look for in our lives. They offer us clues into who we are as well as how we’ve been affected by our history. Sometimes our emotions are triggered by the present but rooted in our past. And it is important to understand that.
However, managing and understanding our emotions can be challenging. Sometimes we suppress emotions - like anger or fear - because we don’t know how to deal with them. Or we get confused by emotions that might sabotage or trick us. At other times, the intensity of an emotion overwhelms us, not realizing yet that it often indicates that something is truly important to us.
Join us in this interactive workshop at Club Caramel in Barcelona to dig deeper into your emotions - and the messages behind them. By first learning how to (better) accept and express your emotions, and discussing how to read and understand them after, you can gain more clarity about what (recurring) emotions tell you or how to interpret them. And when you better understand your emotions, you can use them as your guide, and live a life that is more in line with your true desires and authentic self.
