Dysen is a digital product designer and leader who helps clients develop elegant, user-centered solutions that solve complex business problems. At IBM iX she leads digital design teams in work that both creates a unique and thoughtful brand experience and helps clients digitally transform their businesses.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computational Science and a Master’s degree in Graphic Design and Visual Experience from Savannah College of Art and Design, her background is both technical and visual. Combining her technical and design expertise, Dysen has worked with clients big and small to uncover customers’ rational and emotional needs, deliver memorable experiences that exceed expectations, and address key business objectives.
Pankaj Zanke
Pankaj Zanke is a seasoned Technical Business Analyst and Intelligence leader with 16 years of experience and renowned for his proficiency in healthcare, insurance and finance sector extracting business insights from intricate business requirements, model and datasets. Paul Manzione
Paul is a passionate Principal Product Designer (and UX, it keeps changing!) He has been in the field of UX officially since 2017 but started my journey in 2003 when flip phones were all the rage, morphing into what I am today.
He possesses a unique combination of technical expertise and artistic talent. His passion for problem-solving and love of design enables him to bring fresh perspectives to projects and consistently deliver exceptional results. In addition to his professional pursuits, he is a dedicated husband, nerd, and faith-filled servant who enjoys spending time with his family, playing video games, watching movies, and caring for animals. His ultimate goal is to use his skills and passions to make a positive impact in the world.
Deepak Shrivastava
Deepak Shrivastava is a distinguished Solution Architect with over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, leading the design and implementation of software products. Throughout his career, he has held pivotal techno-functional roles at prominent firms, including Fiserv, Fidelity Investments, ACI, EY, and Cambridge, specializing in architecting and designing software solutions for banks, encompassing both conventional and AI-driven product development.
Deepak’s expertise spans a wide array of banking domains, such as payments, online/mobile banking, retail banking, corporate banking, treasury, and investment banking/wealth management. He is recognized for his proficiency in integrating AI technologies into financial environments based on the ‘AI Operationalized’ mantra. He has successfully led the development of AI-driven products tailored for investment banks, highlighting his ability to incorporate advanced technologies into complex financial landscapes. His strategic leadership and technical acumen, combined with a master’s in information technology and a bachelor’s in engineering, enable him to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions in the banking sector.
