Friday Meetup #SpeakerSeries
About the Session:
Carving Her Path: Redefining Leadership in Construction
This session explores what it means to lead, challenge norms, and thrive in a male-dominated industry. Rokhaya Gueye will dive into the realities of being a woman in construction—from navigating bias and breaking barriers to building inclusive spaces where others can rise.
Through honest reflections and hard-won insights, Rok will unpack how leadership is not just about titles or tools, but about resilience, advocacy, and showing up for others. Whether you're in the trades or any space where you're underrepresented, this session will leave you inspired to carve your own path—and help others do the same.
