Yoni Egg Workshop
The invitation
Join us for a tender, deep and playful evening in the Shakti temple. We’ll combine ancient Taoist wisdom with modern somatic science to create a deep and transformative space for you to meet the sacred feminine energy in your body.
Yoni egg practice is a phenomenal way to free up, activate, move and direct your sexual energy. Similar to a yoga practice, with the yoni egg we build body awareness, strength and deep relaxation. This brings blood flow, juiciness and more pleasure to the yoni.
The freer the yoni becomes, the more she moves! The yoni naturally plays by contracting and relaxing when we go into a pleasure response - this moves sexual energy through the body and can be veeery pleasurable.
The most transformative part of this practice however, is that it helps us to deeply be in our bodies. To say yes to ourselves, to everything we are, and everything we feel.
The more we are able to embrace everything that is happening in the moment, the deeper we meet our own kundalini shakti. Our creative life force energy, our goddess consciousness.
Shakti nourishes our whole being - our ability to enjoy beauty, food, touch and connection, and also our ability to experience heightened states in meditation, feel deep compassion and live in integrity with our heart’s truth.
What to expect
In the Taoist tradition, the yoni egg practice is always a part of a holistic set of practices that work with the whole body and energy system.
We will learn different techniques for self touch and breast massage, as well as energy activation and circulation, and of course specific techniques for working with the yoni egg.
The most important piece, however, is meeting ourselves with love and compassion. The more we bring love to our bodies and our life force energy, the more they open and blossom.
We are deeply committed to creating a safe space, where you can go at your own pace. Throughout the evening you will have options in terms of how much you want to undress and how deep you want to go with the practices.
All the touch practices are self touch. No previous experience needed.

Bio of the facilitator
Hi, I am Nya. I have spent many years dedicated to deep work with the sacred feminine, coming from yoga through tantra yoga to Tao Tantric Arts (where the yoni egg practice originates from) and shamanic practices.
I’ve experienced a deep empowerment from connecting to the sacred inside my own body, experiencing emotions, sexuality and my flesh as deeply sacred expressions of Life herself.
My approach to teaching is to create a space where you can connect to your own inner truth, and have your own unique experience of how the practices can create a space of opening into more aliveness and love.
I’m certified as a trauma informed Tao Tantric Arts facilitator and taoist massage practitioner by Minke de Voos and Shashi Solluna (https://www.taotantricarts.com/).
