Sally Stoewe
Sally is a Co-Founder at Customer Obsessing Consulting, where she builds, grows & scales Customer Success organizations for customers across Europe & the US. With her background in Project Management, she empowers frontline CSMs through journey mapping, playbook design and skills training in various areas. Her expertise and contributions to the European CS organisation made her recognized as a CS Thought Leader to Watch.
Pia Schümann-Hoppe
Pia Schümann-Hoppe is the Regional VP of Customer Success for Continental Europe at Seismic - the leading global sales enablement platform that helps marketing and sales teams work together to drive revenue growth. With extensive experience in customer success and account management, Pia leads a high-performing team dedicated to building strong partnerships, making a significant impact, and ultimately driving business growth. Outside of work, Pia is a passionate runner and a full-time working mom.
Cara Benecke
With extensive experience in Account Management, Cara has successfully managed portfolios generating millions in revenue, mentored high-performing teams, and strengthened client relationships, positioning Customer Success as a key revenue driver. Currently, she leads the Customer Success and Support teams at WorkFlex, one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in DACH. A strong advocate for remote work, Cara balances a full-time career while raising two kids. Originally from Germany, she has called Spain home since 2016 and shares her tips, experiences and insights on her CS journey on LinkedIn.
Marija Skobe-Pilley
Meet our podcast live host Marija Skobe-Pilley, the founder of Women in Customer Success - a network for connecting, inspiring and showcasing women in the Customer Success industry. She started the movement during the pandemic, to provide the platform for women to connect, inspire and champion each other. Marija is committed to bringing remarkable ladies to the show, from all career stages and backgrounds, to share their inspirational stories and practical tools to help others succeed and make an impact. Now, Marija is an award-winning Customer Success strategist, coach and CS course creator.
A proud mom of two, mainly in charge of school runs, cooking, and organising family travels to discover new cultures. She’s also an avid runner, having completed a few half-marathons and training for London Marathon 2025.
