HTN Workshop: McDermott on VBC Contracts

​McDermott attorneys, Jeremy Earl and Greg Mitchell, will provide an overview of value-based contracting models for provider organizations, digital health companies, and other health care companies.  They will focus on trends in the value-based marketplace and provide contracting tips and strategies for early-stage companies. You should join this session if you're at an early-stage company attempting to negotiate a VBC contract with a payor. We'll assume you have some base level knowledge of key VBC terms / concepts and skip over the "101" level basic terms and jump into some 201 level conversation on tips and strategies.
