Climate and Regeneration
Topic: Climate and Regeneration
Format: Roundtable
Synopsis
At the root of society’s systemic challenges lies the pollution of the mind—our fragmented thoughts, divided priorities, and disconnection from true selfhood and nature, including the vast and vital oceans that sustain life. Addressing these issues requires a dual approach. First, an inner journey of self-cultivation to rediscover and embody the wholeness of spirit, body, and mind, recognizing our deep interconnection with the oceans and the ecosystems they support. This process enables us to become our authentic selves, capable of clear thought and meaningful action. Second, an external commitment to collaboration and partnerships is essential to co-create a unified and coordinated transformation, including efforts to restore and protect ocean health.
This session will explore how nurturing mindfulness and self-awareness, combined with collective action, can address societal and environmental challenges, particularly those affecting our oceans, and pave the way for a balanced, thriving future. Join us to delve into the interconnected path of personal, ecological, and collective transformation.
