A User’s Guide to Restructuring the Global Trading System by Stephen Miran. Stephen is a an American economist and current chair of the Council of Economic Advisers since March 2025.

Much of what we are seeing today from the US aligns with Stephens vision of restructuring global trade, so a look at things from his perspective may be a helpful guide to better predict what might happen next.
