Jess spent 20+ years building successful global lifestyle, financial and technology brands, teams and companies before co-founding EPCG before co-founding Elite Performance Coaching Group with Dr. Todd.
Her business experience spans from Fortune 500 to helping startups reach IPO and unicorn status as well as founding, coaching, advising and consulting for start-ups. She is currently pursuing her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University.
